Courses & Classes
At Afterhours, we offer a diverse selection of over 15 courses to suit every interest. From surfing and boxing to ceramics, rock climbing, music production, and baking, our offerings cover a wide range of activities. All classes are conveniently held in central Tel Aviv, making it easy for employees to find the perfect course to unwind and explore their passions outside of work.

How it works?
We partner with companies to offer tailored courses that match employee interests. Each employee selects a course for a three-month period from options like ceramics, carpentry, surfing, or boxing. Small groups (5-12 people) meet outside the office, promoting deeper connections and teamwork.

About
I’m Ziv, founder of AfterHours. After more than a decade in tech, primarily in product and business roles, I started noticing a pattern among my colleagues: many would head home to unwind but missed out on exploring personal interests and passions.
For the last 20 years, I’ve seen firsthand how activities like surfing, pottery, and martial arts have helped me feel balanced and fulfilled. Research backs this up, showing that hobbies can elevate motivation, creativity, and confidence—all benefits I’ve personally experienced.
At AfterHours, our goal is to encourage companies to help their employees reconnect with passions beyond work.
